MLE is the home of FireByWire® digital firing systems. Manufactured in the UK specifically for the fireworks industry, the technology is now being used not just by MLE, but also worldwide by many of the leading firework companies.
When a client comes up with a project so involved that our system can’t handle it, we develop a solution specifically for you. Only a handful of companies have this flexibility.
Case Study
At a corporate AGM a client wanted to get a picture perfect photograph during the award ceremony. As the trophy is handed over, the stage comes alive with jets of silver sparks. At the very instant that FireByWire® fires the pyrotechnics it radio controls a digital SLR camera to ensure the moment is captured perfectly.
Hardware
Our racking is made using strong steel section that has been professionally welded together to form a very strong solution. Recently safety issues have been highlighted with wooden racking systems for firing mortar shells – MLE took the approach long ago not to use wood for the construction process.
We also have an inventory of single shot mounts and wiring looms to ensure complex displays can be set up with minimal work or confusion.
